NPL assessment procedure

As an editorially managed journal, NPL recruits authors itself and accompanies the publication process from the outset.

After submission, all contributions undergo an editorial review by two members of the editorial team; each contribution is also proofread by the editorial team before the review process. 

In addition, the types of contributions known as review essays, essays on history politics and emerging field essays are subject to double-blind peer review.

We strive for a speedy assessment procedure and document this by stating the submission and acceptance dates.
